Today I feel immense satisfaction for being who I am, I embrace my being and fill myself with infinite gratitude for my life, my family, friends, acquaintances and for all the persons who have touched my life and who I serve with unconditional love. I voluntarily and consciously decide to continue my work of service for the rest of my existence.
Today I am responsible for my happiness, I comprehend that nothing nor anyone can make me happy. Happiness is not a passing moment of euphoria, neither does it depend on the actions of others or external events, it is a state of serene peace and immense acceptance of life, where I release the fight and fear and confidently surrender to the flow of life.
Today I watch my words, learn to say less, to use a kind and soft tone and to listen more. Everyone can benefit and overcome a moment of anguish and suffering with a simple, sweet and loving word, with a kind gesture and when someone is ready to listen a bit.
Today I fill myself with humility and courage to accept my errors and be honest with others. To accept that we have erred enhances the soul, weakens the ego and nourishes our conscience, the burden of a denied error exhausts, causes suffering and alienates people, while an accepted and forgiven one liberates the heart and gives peace.
Today I perform conscious loving, generous and respectful actions, I avoid judging the actions of others comprehending that we all have good intentions even if at times we are wrong, that we are all God’s children and we are here to learn to coexist in serene peace and tranquility.
Today I avoid losing my peace due to unexpected events or to the unacceptable behavior of others. My attitude to them determines how I feel, if I accept in serene peace and adapt to the unexpected in life I can live in a state of lasting peace, if I fight against I fill myself with anguish, in any case I decide.
